Faith Formation Registration

The registration deadline was August 16, however it is not too late to register. Be sure to include your $20 per family late fee along with your registration fee and form. Please remember that class preference is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Also, due to the large numbers of children in our program (nearly 1,200) it is not possible to honor requests regarding the placement of children.

Registration forms are available in the Faith Formation Office or by using the links below. Classes are scheduled to begin on Sunday, September 20, 2015, Tuesday evening, September 22 and Wednesday evening, September 23.
